What we collect

When you sign up for something on the site, we collect your first name, last name, and email address, along with your answers to a few short questions about what brought you here.

We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal data.

Why we collect it

Solely to get in touch when enrollment opens and to send you the How Mom AI newsletter, which you consent to when you submit the form.

Who handles your data

We use two third-party services to run the site:

• Formspree — processes your waitlist form submission and sends it to our inbox. Formspree is based in the US. Formspree privacy policy ↗
• Substack — delivers the How Mom AI newsletter. If you subscribe, your email is stored on Substack's servers in the US. Substack privacy policy ↗

We also use Google Fonts to load typefaces on this site. Google may log your IP address when fonts are requested. Google privacy policy ↗

Cookies

This site only sets cookies if you use the newsletter sign-up form embedded on the page (powered by Substack). We ask for your consent before loading that form. If you decline, the form won't load and no cookies are set. You can still subscribe directly on Substack ↗.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as you're subscribed to the newsletter. If you'd like to be removed, just email us and we'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to how we use your data or to request we restrict it.
